I finally realized why I am afraid of having you.

I am afraid of loving you so much

and then losing you.

Life has taught me that things can go wrong

and for no reason.

But there’s one thing I fear even more:

for you to love me

and then lose me;

for you to feel so loved

because I will love you more than you can fathom,

then to feel so alone,

wondering where I have gone

and what happened.

Life has taught me that things can go wrong

and for no reason.

I love you too much,

my unborn one.
