Self-Discovery
Maryam offers private online self-discovery sessions, using writing as the tool and a self-discovery eBook she developed as the guide.
Offering
In addition to her literary art and brand support, Maryam facilitates self-discovery sessions. She is certified as a Co-Active Coach with the International Coaching Federation and a licensed NLP practitioner trained by Richard Bandler.
She draws on her varied background to help individuals pay closer attention to their own patterns, recognise both their strengths and limitations, and articulate them with clarity.

Over eight sessions, you and Maryam will explore the 26 chapters of the eBook she developed, culminating in a beautifully crafted letter that encapsulates all the insights you’ve gained. This letter will reflect everything you've uncovered, from the principles you want to embody to the passions that stir your soul, the sensitivities that call for your attention, and the shadowy intentions that seek your ownership.

Approach
Maryam’s approach is descriptive rather than prescriptive. Instead of offering advice, healing, and motivational coaching, she creates space for you to uncover your fears, needs, struggles, values, aspirations, and more, and then she supports you in describing your findings in words.
Maryam's role is simply to gently guide you in discovering that which already resides within you, and what you do with your self-knowledge is a path she respects as your own. The insights you gain in her sessions can become the raw material you need to curate a life that truly caters to you as a whole.
To get an idea of what you will work through, you can read the first few pages of the eBook that she'll use as a loose guide. These pages include the table of contents, introduction, and QA. The full eBook, which you’ll receive at no additional cost upon singing up for Maryam's sessions, offers a thoughtfully structured framework that has been reviewed and endorsed by Dr Siham Yahya, a clinical psychologist based in Sydney, Australia.
